How I Started:
my stepfather was a body builder. he used to take me to the gym on the weekends. its an old habit i kept.
Why I Love It:
i use weightlifting as a means of releasing stress and calming myself down. i feel at ease in the gym and at peace with myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
i use all the negativity in my life as my fuel. it works lol

i weight 170 and bench pressed 255 at 19. those where the good old days.
