you know i don't really keep track of my lifts, it doesn't mean so much to me. some days I'm as strong as on ox and others not so good. i train by instinct and how my body feels. i can tell you i can lift more then ALOT of men,! wink, wink.

haha. I taped it too! I only got off 2 on my bum right arm, but 3 on my left, but still.it's a gain and I tried!! You have yourself a great Sunday Frank.
