When I Started:
How I Started:
I started lifting weights when I was a Sophomore in highschool. I was 15. It was something that my best friend and I did daily after school. I have been the same height since 7th grade (age 13), AND the same weight. I needed to add some quality pounds.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it is a total lifestyle. The choices you make daily all affect your body and mind 100%. I want mine to be in top condition at all times. Like Arnold described it, we are sculptors, only our body is our canvas.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have to face myself daily. I also know that if I let up, I will lose all that I've worked for, and I'm not going to give up on myself.
