How I Started:
I've been working out on and off for the past few years. After a tragedy in my life last year, I've gained the most wieght I've ever had and I spent a fortune on training. But if your mind's not in it, it's pointless. I promised myself this year was my year of change and here I am!
Why I Love It:
I LOVE feeling stronger. I love feeling like I have a say in something (because life is just so...random!) I love looking and feeling good. I call myself a champ :)
How I Stay Motivated:
The right music is critical to feed my imagination :) You know .. picturing the me I know I've got deep inside. I also maintain another blog and would like to share my success with my readers. Ok and perusing the mall.. I want to shop in a size that I am proud of!

For the record, I gave it everything I got today.  My school has me on an academic tredmill of tests, assignments, projects and research that has sufficiently nipped my ability to write at my leisure, sleep much, or peruse my favorite aisles in the book store.

So i just read ur blog. And we are close to the same age and i so feel the same way. Now i am not in great shape as of right now lol thats what i am working towards, but i will tell u that i got a trainer and he is a big hlp with my diet, and he totally keeps me on track! good luck grl!!
