Hell of a cardio workout 2day. Sweated my butt off with the long sleeves and hoodie. A little more focus this week on cardio than b4. Going 2 try a new supplement soon and want 2 get my body a little more leaner. In the mean time, I'll do total body workouts with medium weights @ least 2-4 times a week. 2 rounds of delt circles 2 rounds of repeaters 1 round of side-straddle-hops 1 round of side benders 2 rounds of side to side movement 2 rounds of bag runners 2 rounds of bag body shots 2 rounds... Taking a much needed day off from the gym. Been putting my body through a lot lately and don't want to burn up on re-entry. Jumped on the scales this morning and I was a sweet 202.2 pound. Last week I was down to 198.8 (but that wasn't an official weigh-day). Even though my weight has leveled out (bouncing up and down a few pounds), my body looks more define. Weight-loss is slow, but it's consistant. Going to eat a good breakfast and relax until I have to go to work. Gym tomorrow, down know what... Go to BodyBlog

Another good one 2day. Much the same as April 18th, just a few different exercises. At this rate, I'll be between 200 - 195 pounds by the 1st of the month.

It was raining when I got up this morning. Didn't let that stop me from my 30 minute walk. Grabbed the umbrella, walked to the apartment complex gym, hopped on the treadmill and POW. Cardio done!

One of my better days today. No-nonsense training, just balls-to-the-wall. 3 rounds of heavybag 3 rounds of shadow boxing 3 rounds of repeaters 3 rounds of step-ups 3 rounds of kick & bounce 3 sets of incline chest press 3 sets of machine high-rows 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill.

Got to get my sweat going today. Heavybag work, shadow boxing, kick & bounce, step-ups and treadmill. Going to be a good day...
