How I Started:
Spent years thinking I was healthy cause I was skinny.....then got lazy and gained a few pounds. Decided to loose weight and lost too much. Ended up looking like a stick and wanted to look good. Been in the gym since and feel better than ever.
Why I Love It:
I love to feel good and look good and just do it for myself and to be a positive example to my son.
How I Stay Motivated:
Easy, the mirror and my son.
BB Accomplishments:
Hey, every week I getr a new accomplishement, maybe not for the experts and professionals on this site, but when I add a few morte pounds to a DL or squat or press, or just look in the mirror and see something new....I know I am accomplishing what I want. I have my goals, but I keep them a secret for now.

Goal (Long):
I went from super skinny, to overweight, back to scrawny...starting to feel better about myself as I work out! I started working out in January of 2009 and have already gained 30 lbs (it is December)...but the best part, I have lost an inch on my waiste. Now I am wanting to see a greater body. Every month I am discovering new muscles I never had before (who know that Abs were so cool...not me) Long term, just to feel good about me, and how I feel and especially how I look.
