In hs I did martial arts for four years, then in college I was in rotc for a while. I really got into lifting when I had a stint of of depression. I found lifting weights helped me fight it. Today I can't seem myself NOT lifting in my life.
Why I Love It:
The feeling and rush I get from lifting is great and nothing like it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Beating personal bests and becoming better than I was the day before.
BB Accomplishments:
1200 Club.
300 Bench
405 Squat
515 Deadlift
