What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I think it's great. It's a psychological thing and it helps with the breathing, but within reason, don't annoy others.

guys who sit on a machine and talk while people are waiting to use it or the guys that leave 3 million lbs on the bar
