Damn your 5'6" and 142lbs?!?!? You look like you shold be allot heavier. It took me 3 months to get from 140 up to where I am now at 152, but I'm no where near as cut and full as you are.

The rock jumping is great for your coordination and agility. Sounds good. It also makes you pay attention to terrain and grip. Keep me updated on your freerunning adventures. You should try wall running. Paying attention to grip will come into play, you need a wall that your shoes will have traction on. Let me know how it goes.
