In high school for sports but took it farther after school never let go of it!!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being in the gym and feeling the pump, the weight b/c its you against the weight. It takes you and keeps you encased as long as you keep the passion for the iron and respect it, It can take you places if you let it but 99% of the lay public have no idea what we put into this sport of IRON. Stay strong and train your tail Off!!
How I Stay Motivated:
My beatutiful Wife is inspiration, she is into fitness as well and she is always in great shape. Being healthy for my children, gotta keep up with Jake and stay big to warn off the boys for my little Cami!! Looking at pics of people who are successful and knowing that i can do this!!! It s all mental and anything is possible....God is a huge part in anything I do, without Him, none of this would be possible in the first place!!!
BB Accomplishments:
2007-ATS Strongman Competition- 3rd place.
2008-NPC Steel World Classic, Mobile, AL
4th place Novice Heavy..
2008 NPC Hub City Fitness Quest BB & Figure Championships-5th place, Junior middleweight

Hey everybody, just updating here. I recently competed at the NPC Steel World Classic in Mobile, AL on May 31. I ended up getting 4th in Novice heavy. First show and it was a great experience. I have another show this Saturday in Jackson, TN and believe I am a TON better than I was...
I just wanted to stop by to congratulate you on all of your hard work and the great results you have achieved. I believe that people such as yourself who have worked hard to get their body into great shape and who many times are looked upon for advice or as a role model should be acknowledged and complimented. I hope that you have a fantastic 4th weekend and are able to stay strong, focused & determined. May God bless.
Great pictures (your transformation is truly inspiring!) and an even better profile. What you wrote shows you clearly a complete man (brains and brawn). Thanks for posting!
Still look good. I did the same thing. The day before the show I was 3 pounds over the cut-off, so we thought "What the hell, I'll drop the weight and come in middle weight rather than being the lightest heavy weight"
