In high school for sports but took it farther after school never let go of it!!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being in the gym and feeling the pump, the weight b/c its you against the weight. It takes you and keeps you encased as long as you keep the passion for the iron and respect it, It can take you places if you let it but 99% of the lay public have no idea what we put into this sport of IRON. Stay strong and train your tail Off!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Family..Seeing how most paramedics around these parts look and get stereotyped, its freakin ridiculous how some look!! Knowing that I can be bigger and better than the next guy!! Cocky, I dont think so, just believe in yourself cuz if u dont, no one will!!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
2007-ATS Strongman Competition- 3rd place.
2008-NPC Steel World Classic, Mobile, AL
4th place Novice Heavy..
2008 NPC Hub City Fitness Quest BB & Figure Championships-5th place, Junior middleweight

Nov 21, 2009
swollmedicchanged Weight from 225 lbs. to 240 lbs., a 15 lb. gain in 216 days
Now it is offseason so to speak cause I plan in staying within 20 to 25 lbs of my contest wt so it is not as hard to pull the weight off this next show season. I started taking creatine again, its been 5-6 yrs since Ive taken any and I believe this stuff is really working. I feel bigger...
cograts on the 4th at your show looks like you and I are about at the same place I'm at 220 right now, my next is in nov. so I'm gonna try to get to 200 and hold that for the summer. Let me know how your doing may we can motivate each other.
