My dad has been lifting his whole life so i've always been around it and lifted on and off, but i really got into it in 2004 when i went to live with my cousin. he is a huge bodybuilding fan and would always be on me about being a skinny little bitch haha. so instead of sitting around i would go with him to the gym. then when i went back to my hometown and heard such good feedback from friends and family there was no turning back.... i was hooked!!

question: i noticed that on your progress pictures that not only did you gain mass, but you kept a lot of definition, what was your diet plan that helped you achieve this?

If you're anywhere close to the condition of your photos, you'd be tough competition.
