When I Started: Jan, 2004
How I Started: My dad has been lifting his whole life so i've always been around it and lifted on and off, but i really got into it in 2004 when i went to live with my cousin. he is a huge bodybuilding fan and would always be on me about being a skinny little bitch haha. so instead of sitting around i would go with him to the gym. then when i went back to my hometown and heard such good feedback from friends and family there was no turning back.... i was hooked!!

How I Stay Motivated: i stay motivated by changing my routine constantly and always trying to pass my past accomplishments.

Looks like you must have made your target of 208 by 2008! :) May not be right timing for you, but I'd encourage you to take a look at http://www.musculardevelopment .com/content/view/1116/144/ and see if it's something you'd like to try! If you're anywhere close to the condition of your photos, you'd be tough competition.
