Training took a big nose dive starting around the beginning of March. I've only recently started lifting again in the last few weeks.

thanks Justin..i hope my cut goes well. my bf% has never been really any lower than it is now (well, maybe before I hit 28...but never any abs!) have you always been pretty cut, or did you have to battle for it? any tips?

well, i've got one more week of bulking. I think my winter gains have been great. not too much damage in the bf% department. I have sort of lost my energy for heavy weight/low reps, so it's a good thing i'm starting my cut next week.

thats awesome. i also gained a bunch of muscle mass this winter without too much BF gain. this will be my first serious attempt to cut BF, so I'm excited to see what lies beneath.

yeah, i need to do more squats. i have been avoiding them and doing leg presses instead cause the squats make me want to yak. the full range thing makes a lot of sense. also, i have actually gained an inch+ on my thighs since getting consistent, so i am making some progress...it's just gonna take time.

Hey Dave...i'm shooting for about 3000 cals a day. I didn't get very scientific about my nutrition, so I cant say a whole lot more than that. Next bulk i'll be keeping closer tabs on it.

that's really cool to see noticeable changes. i hope my cutting goes well. i'm going to do the morning cardio like you are. my last few weeks of bulk don't seem to be going anywhere, tho.
