so far so good. need to seriously step it up a notch this week. last weekend was not good on the diet. will be heading to san diego next month so i want to be able to walk around with no shirt on and be comfortable! so we will see how that goes. LOL
Thanks bro, been working hard at it, but still trying to gain a little more mass. Been working out I guess now for 10 years now but I guess it pays off.
dont worry man. you will come back stronger. breaks are good now and then. training is going good here. been leaning out some. weekends are my cheat days. LOL. I will probably run in a bit.
Cut is goin great buddy, all time low with this much muscle mass, I can't wait to get into the 170's as long as I keep this muscle, it's gonna be tight!

I've always been pretty lean, but that doesn't mean I don't have to watch what I take in. When cutting, figure out what your body is burning with lifting and cardio, and cut your calorie intake about 300-500 calories per day less than that. Eat clean, stay consistant, and keep your intensity with all you do, and you'll slice up just fine.
im still trying to break the 200 mark. still at 191. ugh. but im stronger, the muscles are growing everywhere, clothes are getting tighter. its awesome. i will start to shrink the waistline soon. i just want to beef up the legs a lot more.
my legs really started to grow i think when i started doing full squats and not cheating. cuz then ur working the entire muscle. but i eat a ****load b4 and after i do legs(thru-out the day)
