How I Started:
Got started in the weight room as a young high school athlete training for whatever sport was in season at the time.
Why I Love It:
I have God-given gifts, and love using them. I consider my being an athlete one of the things that defines who I am, and the weight-room is a significant part of my development.

No idea. 'The Push' just becomes a part of you after a while, whether you want to embrace it or not.
