How I Started:
A close friend of mine invited me to football training camp in Middle school. I would train 2 to 3 hours 3 to 4 days a week. I just hooked on it and loved it. My friends continued to motivate me.
Why I Love It:
I love being in good health and how much better I feel mentally and physically each time I complete a good workout at gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
My family has a history of bad health and not dieting properly.
BB Accomplishments:
I got the body that I wanted, I love my traps I get more compliments there than my abs.
