I've always had the ambition , dedication and determination to lift and become good at it. I sought out to accomplish some personal goals of mine and once I met them I become hooked and continued to set more goals.
Why I Love It:
Seeing my body grow over time, making progress and small gains, teaching people about this sport.
How I Stay Motivated:
Once I set a new goal and I accomplish that goal, that motivates me to break new barriers and break new grounds.
