when u have ur lean protein meal ur going to have to eat nuts which consits of about 8-12grams per 1/2 cup. Plus the veggies are gonna give you about 7 more carbs with ur fatty meal. So your probably going to go over if you include all those shakes + peanutbutter. The lower carb intake the better, aim for about 30, and remember 40 is a max (that includes fiber!) good luck and keep me posted.. im on day 2 !!

Thats a great protein but Im pretty sure that has to much carbs, you might wanna double check that and replace it with a carb free protien
