Goal (Long):
Tighten up my ass! That's my big problem area along with the saddlebags. I need to get to the next level of leaness and I hope to achieve that this year!
Nickie keeps me motivated as I watch her compete. We support each other throughout our precontest diets, vent, brag and just laugh. She keeps me going, I learn alot from her. Having a good friend like her that's going through the same thing as I am keeps me going because I know she is still going at it too! She's become stronger, bigger and better in the 3 years I've known her. She's gonna be a Pro so watch out! Great Job Nickie!
Well, its almost 2 weeks later and I realized I needed to fill in my bodyspace friends about my nationals experience. The goal was to place in the top 15, I placed 13th. I was very happy with that. There were only 18 ladies in my class but I was still pleased with my 1st attempt...
Hey Gina! Yea, that is me form my first comp last year in October. I saw it when I helped Reemo with his show. I back to the leaning out. Might be doing show at end of November. But I'll wait to see how the cut goes. How are you?

hey! so i went to the ODU prejudging show. I was not impressed by those bikini girls! you could probably walk in tonight and win! the figure girls looked pretty good. not very many of them. This one girl almost fell every time she turned.
Girl, I feel you. Went to Guadalajara myself an date way too many chips. I have just gotten out of control since getting the twins. I've decided that I won't compete again until November or early spring next year. So bulking and keeping lean (after I get rid of the new fat) is my goal. Working tomorrow, so can't go to show.
Hey Gina. As usual , I thought that you looked awesome! So you are still a winner in my book. Trianing slow right now and I'm eating EVERYTHING in sight. I was doing well until I had to take time off after the surgery. That's how I am. When I'm training, my diet is prestine. When I'm not working out, my diet is horrible! Back in gym next week, though.
