xxluuser hey there! leg routine consists of 2 days a week, 1 push and 1 pull day. heavy barbell squats, walking lunges, lunges on the smith machine, leg presses, and extensions on day 1. deadlifts, sumo deadlifts, hammy curls, glute kickbacks, and weighted cable kickbacks on day 2. hope that helped! :) Apr 9, 2013 7:56am
