Although I am still physically strong, I dont have the tone I used to. Hopefully it will all start coming back.

Abs showing through more and more, actual feel comfortable walking around without a shirt on again.
Still at 25% bf...only 5% more to go before the end of summer ;)

A little bit leaner than before, less fat on my abs, still very little definition though. My V's are starting to show again though, which is nice.
I think I need better lighting..
Also excuse my dirty mirror....

Triceps showing through again, still some fat on the back that has to go.

Right bicep, beginning to show better definition, even when relaxed.

Although still has more definition than last time, you can see the difference in bicep size from my left to my right.
Also, having a hard time flexing the left bicep due to rotator cuff injury.

Need to lose more fat on my back, and gain some more muscle.
I need to start working on my back again, I got lazy with it when I stopped paddling :(
My back will be one of my major winter goals
