I will be competing (Figure) for my second time this Friday. I've been carb depleting since Saturday, and finally today is the day I start eating CARBS. I'm a HAPPY camper.
Carb depleting is not a fun process. I had almost no energy and i still had to hit the gym hard and do 2 x...
