doctorstacy Hey Sonya. thanks for the message. I had to revisit the doc today for a mass removal on my leg.... he didn't take it all out the first time. Little incision and a few stitches... hopefully I can get a workout in tomorrow... My legs are still sore from yesterdays leg workout. How's your week going so far. May 7, 2013 7:17pm

I've been walking like a cowboy today after yesterday's awesome leg day. Looking forward to the grind next week so I can chisel and sculpt my new body. 45ANDFABULOUS I hate shoulder injuries, because you use your shoulder 4 everything. I had a shoulder injury, make sure you are doing exercises that target the tendons and ligaments around that socket, what happens is we go hardcore in the gym & skip strengthening the ligaments and tendons. I have no shoulder problems now, so it will heal if u rehab right. Ur lucky 2 have someone 2 help you. I rehabbed mine on my own. Good luck and have a great weekend Princess. Apr 20, 2013 12:24pm
