Why I Love It: I love swimming b/c its fun and u don't feel sweat :P and you work every muscle in your body and its non weight bearing
How I Stay Motivated: Swimming... my mom forces me to go... once im there i like it.
BB Accomplishments: No real accomplisments.... but riding 6.52 miles on a stationary bike in 18 minutes and noticing some definition in my arms, theighs, and calfs.
