Why I Love It:
I love swimming b/c its fun and u don't feel sweat :P and you work every muscle in your body and its non weight bearing
How I Stay Motivated:
Swimming... my mom forces me to go... once im there i like it.
BB Accomplishments:
No real accomplisments.... but riding 6.52 miles on a stationary bike in 18 minutes and noticing some definition in my arms, theighs, and calfs.

That must be liberating to have your own income. Ever since I got a job, I've become addicted to the independence. Haha thanks man, I've gained about 15 pounds since the start of summer.

It's great up here! I've got a great school, a great gym, and a good job. I've gained about 15 pounds since in the three months I've been up here, which I'm extremely happy about. I've been growing at a ridiculous rate! How's everything going for you?

Thankz man! Tips?? Ahh jeez Not so good for that but i'll try haha. Consistency is definetly a must. even if your not getting the results you want or are discouraged at where you stand, stick with it. I don't consider myself big but i know from past experience i have made quite a journey so far.

train hard, eat big, sleep well. learn as much as you can. read articles, forums, etc and try to gain as much knowledge as you can
