When I Started:
How I Started:
I'v been a swimmer for many years. Was an age group swimmer, high school and college swimmer. My usual events were middle and distance freestyle and butterfly. Did a little weight training for years. But recently was without a pool for a spell. Got into weight training more seriously to make up for the lack of swimming. Soon I began to notice an improvment - more muscle, more definition. I liked the new look so I decided to keep up the weight training. By the way, I have resumed my swimming, I cover about 3000 meters a day as well as continue to lift.
Why I Love It:
What can I say - just makes me feel good. and the results are something I can see.
How I Stay Motivated:
By joining this site. The encouragement I'v received from other members is what really keeps me going. I'v received many helpful comments and suggestions. Which I very much appreciate and respect. Thanks all you guys/gals out there. Your the best!
BB Accomplishments:
I'v never competed in BB nor do I plan to in the future. I'm just into BB for my own benifit - to keep fit and healthy.
carla inspires me like no other. she is beautiful and strong and always with kind and encouraging words - she keeps me going. i consider her my best friend on this site, so i want to make sure to make her my FIRST "who inspires me". all the very best to you carla! - jeff
Thanks for the photo comment. I guess I just posted my back w/out biceps because one of my major focuses has been lat/back development. I was told to improve there. Arms have been easier for me :)

Too many people think it can’t be done and you have proven that with hard work and dedication that it can. Well done. Keep up the great work. I look forward to watching your progress.
