Today was a great day at the gym. Over the last 15 weeks I have been focusing on the three basics of weight training. Dead lift, bench press, and squats. Ive put on around fifteen to twenty pounds since mid October. Heavy lifting and lots of food. I have put on a few pounds of fat, but I think...

i need held, i am trying to drop some extra pounds so i've been doing a crap load of cardio on an elliptical and try to cut back on calories, i've been doing this for the past two weeks straight, is it reasonable if i'm not getting anywhere?
