I haven't started yet but i will be soon because i want to transform my body and be happy with it. i want to look good for me and my health.

keep working hard it doesn't happen over night it's hard labour and it takes a strict regimen that you folllow to obtain the results that you want a hot bod

Sara; what got my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I in the best shape of our lives was following the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs, going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. You will need to challenge yourself to achieve great results but I believe they will be well worth the effort. Let us know if you would like more info.
