I started weight lifting at age 13. In highschool i was a 3 sport athlete(football, wrestling and track). I didnt get serious about it until after I graduated school.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you get when your working out, being drained after the workout and how much it hurts in the morning.
How I Stay Motivated:
Im in the gym 13 hours a day, i cant help but eat right and work out.
BB Accomplishments:
Im not a bodybuilder so dont realy have any. I like track so ill go with that.
