How I Started:
I was always the skinny kid, not exactly weak but always a string bean. I have a decent physique to build off of so I am doing my best to take advantage of it.
Why I Love It:
Confidence, Health Benefits, the way I feel and the energy it gives me.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's something that I enjoy that has turned into a healthy addiction. It would be extremely hard for me to stop after all that I have gained.

About to enter my first natural show, I don't expect to win but I am going to try my best.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I love pre-workout energy supplements. The feeling after taking them gets me fired up and ready to lift.
