Comments: This guy showed me how to diet and pose for the show, and he had me on chicken and water for a week! I almost died. He didn't show me how to carb up either. I came in 4th place out of 4 guys. I was so scared during the night show, I forgot my routine! But I proved to myself that I could get on stage in front of all of these strangers in them liny trunks and show my muscle. I got pictures cause I thought I was the man. Ha...this was just the beginning.
