Workout Program:
I start out with 30 minutes on the eliptical machine, then I lift weights, alternating between arms and legs. I work on my stomach everytime I go to the gym. I finish with a 25 minute fast walk/jog on the tredmill starting at a 3.2 speed at a 2.0 incline, and working my way up to a 5.5 incline and a 4.5 speed. I also walk about two miles every day as well as try to do the bike or steps in the evening. I have started counting calories and making sure I stay in the designated calorie intake for my size.
