How I Started:
I realized that I needed to lose about 50 pounds so I started going to the gym.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good and it makes me feel accomplished. I also have more energy throughout the day as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing small differences makes me want to achieve for the big differences. Also seeing smaller number on the scale feels so good that I want it more and more. My friends and family are great supporters and help me stay motivated.

This is me at a whopping 160 pounds.. I can't believe I let myself get like this. I am ready to look forward now and get healthy!
I can notice a little difference in my legs. Need to work on that tan though.

I start out with 30 minutes on the eliptical machine, then I lift weights, alternating between arms and legs. I work on my stomach everytime I go to the gym. I finish with a 25 minute fast walk/jog on the tredmill starting at a 3.2 speed at a 2.0 incline, and working my way up to a 5.5...

I see that you have updated your stats today. How is it going? I keep leveling off weight wise but I have gained muscle. I keep making gains in the gym and everything seems to be going well.
