I have always wanted to be healthy and take care of myself. Fitness is a large part of what makes me who I am. I love reaping all of the benefits of what working out does.
Why I Love It:
I feel great about myself, look great in clothes and love dressing up. I love feeling accomplished.
How I Stay Motivated:
Encouraging complements from others and from my children. I have always had great health which is partly due to fitness.
BB Accomplishments:
I had three kids but I have a more fit body than many women younger than I.

Thank you so much for your kind comments. I am still working with a trainor and will post new pictures when I feel there is enough of a change. Keep at it. There's no reason to look middle age!
You don't look old enough to be a Grandma, I guess my times coming too though. Looking great @ 49 Sandra, keep working hard you'll get that 6 pack. Oh and congrats on pushing up the weight on the bench. Keep on pushing yourself.
you are so right!! And yes, I am already looking better than a lot of younger women. That itself makes me determined to carry on working out & keeping fit! :)
