There is something for Everyone
My workout philosophy is I believe that there is a workout out or exercise for everyone. It takes a while for a person to find their niche, but when they do they will fall in love. When i first started my weight loss journey I attended a regular run of the mill boot camp. I credit this bootcamp with helping me lose 40lbs but after I platued, I needed something more. Thats when I found CrossFit and it was love at first burpee. From CrossFit I started to do Olympic style weight lifting and I fell into a deeper love. I love trying new things in fitness. I do everything from weight lifting, to Bikram yoga. I also recently tried a pole dancing class as well. I love working out and I strongly believe that there is something for everyone, you just have to find what works for you.
