How I Started:
My mother would take to the gym when I was 3 ever since I have been hooked. I love everything about it the diet the weights even the cardio.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I change and how I feel afterwards. I love how much energy I have and how I can do things I have never done before. I enjoy the satmina it gives me to keep up with 5 and 2 year old daughters it's very important.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the magazines or just walking into the gym keeps me motivated. I also love the responses I get and how proud my kids are of me they say yeah that's MY mom!
BB Accomplishments:
4th place in my first figure competiton on my way to first hehe.

I take Saturday and Sunday off but it's active rest
I do 35-45 minutes cardio 45 minutes most days for 23 minutes I do interval as hard as I can two minutes and two minutes rest then I do the same thing on the treadmill for 22 minutes
Bench press 10 reps 4 sets 70 pounds
