I used to date a personal trainer/body builder and he got me all weight lifting crazy!!! I also have a WONDERFUL son that I want to set a positive example for.
Why I Love It:
It feels awesome and makes me look fantastic!

BB Accomplishments:
accomplished alot before january but too hard to go back and remember LOL. I will just start from this year..... 1/09 decided once and for all to end my bulimia and start training for a competition..weighed in at 153 3/09 DL 135 pds!! MORE than my body weight! 4/09 leg pressed 450 pds! 6/09 Hit lifetime goal of 125 pds! still going strong. slowly but surely.

She is a normal person like me ON top of that did it slowly and methodically..didnt just drop 50 pds in 3 months by starving and overexcersizing......it was a process just like it should be.

Whats up girl? Hows it going? How did that 20 (4) leg thing go for you? Soon, I might bulk which means little cardio (might just do hiit), but i read somewhere it may be overtraining if you do the normal hiit with legs 2 x a week. eh, Hope your thanksgiving went well!

Thanks, and frustratingly I haven't been able to train recently due to a wrist injury. I was on a bulk too, I had gained 10 pounds and put on half an inch on my arms, but those gains will probably go away with me being out for a while. :( How's training going for you?
