I used to date a personal trainer/body builder and he got me all weight lifting crazy!!! I also have a WONDERFUL son that I want to set a positive example for.

accomplished alot before january but too hard to go back and remember LOL. I will just start from this year.....
1/09 decided once and for all to end my bulimia and start training for a competition..weighed in at 153
3/09 DL 135 pds!! MORE than my body weight!
4/09 leg pressed 450 pds!
6/09 Hit lifetime goal of 125 pds! still going strong. slowly but surely.
