I used to date a personal trainer/body builder and he got me all weight lifting crazy!!! I also have a WONDERFUL son that I want to set a positive example for.

accomplished alot before january but too hard to go back and remember LOL. I will just start from this year.....
1/09 decided once and for all to end my bulimia and start training for a competition..weighed in at 153
6/09 Hit lifetime goal of 125 pds! still going strong. slowly but surely.

Goal (Long):
My main goal at the moment is to NOT use my cheat meal....I have been going to CRAZY on that one for sure!!!! When I dont cheat...I dont eat crazy...and 3 months of not 1 cheat was a good run....back to ONLY clean eating!
Sooooooooo I started carb cycling and my low day is like 50 carbs and 1250 cals!!! I feel soo hungry....I woke up hungry (ate breakfast and still was hungry) and am sitting here hungry waiting for my next meal!!!!!! I dont like this one bit but it has to be done..........today is a medium...
Haha yeah i get that allot cuz my dad is from Hawaii.. I love it here im in Oregon and the people are not bad like what i've heard i really dnt want to go back actually, but i leave in 4 days :( i've been here since last August..

Thanks! Training is going well. Still trying to find the right diet to help me acheive my goals. I give myself another 6-8 months to see the real changes.

the workout was ok yesterday. The lead manager at the gym said to give him until the 8th of july to prove that his training was well worth my money. Really, I think that I could push and train myself better than these CHUMP wanna be trainers LOL!
