Overall Goal: I will weigh 170 lbs. by December 31, 2009. The biggest part of this plan is taking control of what goes in my mouth and how I use my body. Its about gaining muscle and losing fat. I AM GETTING IN SHAPE AND IMPROVING MY OVERALL HEALTH! :)

How I Started:
I was in the middle of the mall shopping for clothes-I ended up in tears... An acquantaince, set up a nutrition plan and workout routine for me.
Why I Love It:
It hurts and I feel so good. :) No Im not a glutton for punishment. However, I do love the feeling I have after working out and lifting heavier then before.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is me taking responsibility for myself and my health.

Thanks! Things are going good. Got my eating habits under control and added new exercises to my program. Can already feel the difference in my strength. Glad to hear you are doing better. How are u doing on your goal?
