Overall Goal:  I will weigh 170 lbs. by December 31, 2009. The biggest part of this plan is taking control of what goes in my mouth and how I use my body. Its about gaining muscle and losing fat. I AM GETTING IN SHAPE AND IMPROVING MY OVERALL HEALTH! :)

How I Started:
I was in the middle of the mall shopping for clothes-I ended up in tears... An acquantaince, set up a nutrition plan and workout routine for me.
Why I Love It:
It hurts and I feel so good. :) No Im not a glutton for punishment. However, I do love the feeling I have after working out and lifting heavier then before.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is me taking responsibility for myself and my health.

I cannot believe that it has been just over a month since I last logged on!!!!!  I have lost another 12 lbs. and Im still going to the gym.  I have also taken up rock climbing- I love it!!!!
