Goal (Long):
While playing football, I weighed 181 pounds. I since have cut weight and was at comfortable 165 and looking good. Due to the lack of a proper diet and sufficienct protein intake, I currently weight 158 pounds and drastically need to gain lean muscle mass back. Currently, my body does not visibly reflect my true weight room strength.
