Go for at least 2 months bulking or until I reach a weight of about 140-145. Then start a strong cutting routine and progress on cardio until I am satisfied with the difference.
i have not trained properly for 3 years due to travelling the world but now i am back i am dedicated to getting back into it, want to put on 1 stone of muscle in just over a year,hard work i know but i will hopefully do it,also to lead a healthy life
