What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Find a gym that is not intimidating. Dont go to a gym full of bodybuilders if your just starting out cause it could lower your self esteem and your confidence. Also a gym that is not very packed is a major plus.Find a gym that is not intimidating. Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I like working out in the gym because i can get help from other lifters and the selection of equipment is greater.
I'd say so, and I don't think it's my imagination that your proportions have changed. Your pecs used to really dominate, which wasn't a bad thing of course, but now they are more in synch with your shoulders (if you get what I mean). And since I presume your chest isn't any smaller that means you've added solid mass elsewhere. Keep pushing!
Just happened to be logged on when you added the new pics - looks like you've been successful adding some solid mass. Especially in the arms and delts. Good to see that your abs are sharper than ever too. Keep up the great work as always!
I just ordered Jack3d today. Have you got a chance to try it??? From what I have read it sounds great, but I wont know for sure till it gets here. How is it???
The best thing bro too, is your young..You got the growth hormones naturally in your body at the moment...I remember when I was 18, I put on so much size easily.
Anyways bro the world is your oyster, stay clean, natural and patient and your results will come.the main thing to being natural, you really need to shock your body for the extra growth bro...Always change things up, don't be wasting time on isolation exercises...
If you goal is building muscle mass (which it must be to build big biceps) compound exercises should make up the core of your weekly routine. So it makes sense to work your biceps on the same day that you work your back. This will make it easy to incorporate compounds into your bicep workout because most back exercises are actually bicep compounds......Like me, I would go from chin ups, then immediately do 21 ones on the preacher bar..
