I went to the gym for the first time when I was 15. I went a few times, but really did not know what I was doing and quit after a month or two. I joined another gym at 18, but, once again I was not very consistent. It was in 2002 that I started getting a little bit more serious about it. I bought a bench, two dumbbells, a barbell and a few weights and started working out in my room.
Why I Love It:
Getting old becomes less scary since working out makes me feel in control of my body. Also, I don't mind the compliments I get out of it. Oh, and the eye candy at the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
Subscribing to every single fitness magazine. Or most of them.

None. Can't wait to update this field.

Thanks for feedback, my chest just does not seem to grow as fast. For my bicep I do dumbell curls and ez bar curls, one arm precher curls and incline full extension curls 3 intense sets for each sometimes 4
Yeah, I've done that before and that the ingrown hair sucked. I just used a trimmer and cut it very close this time. I dont think I will ever completely shave it again. I imagine that you still look extremely defined even with some hair though.
