Christmas was good. Yours? I finally reactivated my 24hr membership so when we meet up it won't be an obstacle. When is your next show? You're only a short run up the 167 from me...hmmmm...I start a four week residency up in Seattle and will be training at the 24hr up there. What are training days like right now?

Thanks! What type of setting do you practice as a pharmacist? You should have a great grasp of biochemistry and really maximizing that in obtaining a great physique?!

So....after the new year we'll possibly meet up to train? When is your next show? When you're feeling like crap and at you're at your worst you may need someone to push you a bit and I may be able to lend some assistance in that! =)

OMG....my wife and I had our first baby 11 months ago, I'm 1 yr away from finishing my master's in Nursing Anesthesia working crazy hrs, workouts are simply maintenence at this point...this, right now, is pretty much life. I do live closer to you though...=) Stationed at Ft Lewis and live in Puyallup. I train at the LA Fitness here; it's sub par but it's close. We should train sometime together...hmm?

I get razor bumps really bad! I just used to use a trimmer at the very lowest level; created some stubble but with curly hair like I have and you do, if you shave, you've just created an environment for an ingrown hair. Also, a product called Tend-skin, is fantastic for bumps. I have used it for at least a decade.

This is fine; persistance and attention to detail with your training and diet, adquate sleep and recuperation are all equally important.

Lateral and posterior work for shoulders; weight is not important form and attention to detail is.

Back, same but stick with the "feel". If you feel the movement every where else but your back throughout every rep then you're doing something wrong.

In 18 months after I'm done with clinicals and my boards maybe we can meet up; assuming that I don't go straight to Iraq or Afganistan? Last week was my 1st week in the OR...certainly overwhelming and you are so right about time management and becoming efficient...anesthesia truly is an art..so many ways to skin a cat. It's really nice here because there is a cohesive work environment with MDAs and CRNAs..great learning atmosphere.

It's not how often you work it...it's with what intent, purpose, and intensity you use when you train it. No more than once a week is sufficient.

Six pack is all diet. Shoulders are all about focusing on rear and lateral delts when training and big traps just take away from shoulder presentation (I have never directly trained traps!)

Yes, compared to some of the ladies your legs are not overwhelming but they are nicely balanced with everything else. Keep up the committment to remain balanced and proportional!

Thank you! That's quite a compliment coming from someone of your background. In this pose I'm looking at of you our legs look similar in the way the muscle is designed....hmmmm.....
