When I Started:
How I Started:
I joined the Army when I was 17 and did 8 years as an Airborne Combat Soldier. After that, I was a Police officer for another 7 years..Both of these lifestyles needed me to be in shape so I fell in love with training my body.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because you can reach a goal and still set another one higher. I love the way I feel when I know I am fit. keeps your woman happy as well....
How I Stay Motivated:
I always want to be number 1 in every thing that is competitive.. Falling short of first place is motivation enough to train harder.

I am 6'1" and 270 lbs. in my profile picture. I want to get on stage by winter time and would love to compete at 200 lbs..Big goal but I have the will!!

nah, I want to do a show next year....like summer. This is the first time I've dieted down ever!! I hate it man. I was 225 about a month ago....now 204. I want to see if I can get really lean and then decide about a show.
