Hay Mel thanks for the advice i'll jump on those heavy skull crushers tomorrow. im stationed out of fort hood but im in iraq right now so luckly i wasnt affected by the tradgedy to much. but thanks again

Good morning big Mell. Rule of thumb: 1.5 grams of protein per pound of weight, 2.5gr of carbs and 0.5 of fats. I am following this chart for my bulking phase. What do you think?
