How I Started:
When the spring came and I didn't have a sport the football program had a lifting program and I got started that way.
Why I Love It:
I want to get big and look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I listen to a lot of music when I left and try to get bigger than everyone around me on a daily basis.

I think the best supplements are whey protein and energy drinks... other than that, spend your money on FOOOOODDD!!! Eat every 2 hours or so man, pack it down... that's what will make you grow.

I shrug, and upright rows, Standing lat lifts...i do traps and shoulders the same day man. intense!!!
