I am not on a certain named diet. But I eat lean meats n poultry. Lots of fruits and veggies. I lost 43 lbs in 6 months.
To make it simple, I eat whole grain everything, cut down on sugars and cut out all HFCS as much as possible. I eat fish (usually salmon) twice a week, chicken and lean beef. I get lots a fruits and veggies, for me frozen veggies has the best nutritional value. 6 meals/ snacks a day. Lots of water and green tea to drink.
