How I Started:
I never "started". I was born into a healthy lifestyle. It was not until recently (summer 2008) that I started to up my workouts/week and the weights.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me healthy and sane.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at people around me. So many just doing the wrong thing. Without proper excercise and nutrition you do get sick, fat, depressed, have hearth problems, diabetes and most commonly some type of chronic inflammation.
