cfp149 Both! I try to do as big of a variety of all an exercises. My favorite oblique moves are decline oblique crunches, and like sit ups where you touch your elbow to the opposite knee everytime you come up, that one's killer!!! Dec 4, 2012 3:28pm

cfp149 Thanks so much girl! I just train my abs to failure about 5-6 days a week. I believe abs are the only muscles you Can train daily. I train obliques like 3 days a week. Now how do I get those arms????! Dec 3, 2012 11:42pm
