How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Now I am doing 5 reps per set.
Now particular reson just wanted to start somewhere and I was told this was a good way to start.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Just to catch my breath or change weights.
Do you currently have a workout partner?

Well I'm back again!
It's been all stop and go for me this year but hopefully I can get myself tigether before the new year.
I just started to hike once a week (about 3hours, 914m elevation) and doing the gym 3 times a week. At the gym I start with 15mins on the bicycle, then some...

Nei það er því miður ekki hægt að fá það á klakanum. Þær hafa verið fínar. Ég drekk kaffi þannig að áhrifin voru kannski ekki mikil þannig. En ég er allavega með orku og svo finnst mér matarlystin aðeins fara niður.

Síðan heitir hot.is. Síðan er hér linkur á reiknivél til að sjá hve mikil orkuþörf þín er yfir daginn. Þessi aðferð til að fá byrjunarpunkt. Eftir smá tíma sérðu síðan hvort þú þurfir að auka eða minnka inntöku til að ná settu markmiði.
