I was inspired by the girls at team phatboi bootcamp to start a weight training regime...vs running and just classes.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to use some of the lifting techniques learned in phatboi fitcamp with 5 personal trainers. I want to perhaps make it to another camp and show the girls how much progress i made since last camp. Would love to notice an improvement in my overall fat percentage. (Dropping of course)Would like to eat cleaner.
Lift heavier and try and be more consistent overall

Hey suzy, yep, finally going to do the cn tower challenge next month, should be good. My record for my building stairs is 23 floors in 4:40. Not too bad! :)
I'm completely addicted to Crossfit. It is such a complete workout, from strength to Endurance. I have made great improvements. You should definitely try it out. cheers
